Pro Connect X is the Kelley Blue Book for small businesses: a free, three-minute way for an owner to see what the company may be worth, and the math behind the number.
What we do
Most owners only learn what their business is worth when a broker or a buyer tells them. Pro Connect X moves that moment earlier. You enter industry, location, revenue, owner pay, debt and cash. We normalize the earnings the way a buyer will, apply seller-discretionary-earnings, EBITDA and revenue multiples for your industry, and bridge from enterprise value to the equity you would actually keep.
The result is a range, not a single number, with every assumption visible. You can download it as a PDF, share it, run the calculators behind it, or plan what a sale would mean for your household with the liquidity planner.
Who is behind it
Pro Connect X is built and run by Douglas Schwartz. The valuation methodology is the same M&A math advisors use, translated into a form an owner can complete at the kitchen table. If you received an email from Douglas Schwartz, it came from douglas@proconnectx.com and you can reply to it directly.

- People write it several ways. Pro Connect X, ProConnectX and proconnectx.com all refer to this site. It is not related to any grill, propane adapter, or messaging app that shares part of the name.
- Is the valuation free?
- Yes. The three-minute estimate is free and does not require a credit card. You can start without an account.
- Is this a certified appraisal?
